I'm sure majority of members don't know me....or care either way, but I'm back again and ready for round three.
It's hard to believe I've been a member here for 8 years, and I have YET to own a salt water fish. I've come close, but the man just kept bringing me down.
WELL that's about to change. I just got back from a long year spent in both Kuwait and Bahrain, and lets just say I've put aside more than enough into the aquarium fund. It's time to make what I've dreamed about (and also attempted but didn't get very far) since I was 12 actually happen.
Also I would like to apologize to Flower who went through all the trouble of sending me her old protein skimmer, that has been in my parents basement for the last 2 years, not being used once. I have felt guilty about that, but there wasn't much I could do about it. The army says jump and I say, "Ok, sure, I guess I'll do that. I'd really rather not though"
I plan on setting up a 30g FOWLR aquarium. I'm not sure which fish I would like to care for, but I will decide soon. Over time I would also like to start integrating some corals into my system. I will also be adding a 30 gallon sump to the tank for an approximate 40g total volume.
FIrst step though is my new RO/DI system, which I will be purchasing later today.
