not its not controlling them. the Gov isnt telling them what cars to build or not to build and it isnt telling the banks who they can and cant loan money to. all it is doing is making sure that the fat cats dont fly off on golden parachutes. you said it yourself you have no problem with that...

Telling someone how much of THEIR money they can pay THEIR employee is absolutely control. Firing the CEO of a company and installing your hand selected replacement is absolutely controlling them. Like I said, if the government want to some control over the banks they gave money too I am fine with that up to the point they repay the money.
