Thats for sure.....talked to a nurse friend of mine up North (PA) and it seems to be spreading in the schools something fierce up there/near Pittsburgh. Anway, their office is highly recommending hydrating with acidic drinks; lemonade, cranberry juice, anything high in acids (100% juices). It seems the virus cannot travel well in acidic juices. And the worst part of this virus is its ability to cause renal failure, hence sometimes death (in alot of cases). Thought I would pass this along all

is this the new flu going around? I should invest in a shot. I deal with a lot of people daily and people are nasty.

Good info. I have been drinking "100%" apple juice, does that work?

I have it, and now my sister has it. And cross country region is today and state is next week.
