hammer problem

there always (well more often then not) seems to be a long almost hair like brown stringy thing coming off of my hammer right around its tentacles, what is this?

If it is coming out of it...it is poop

Probably but could also be the coral expelling its zooxanthellae. Does it look healthy otherwise, tentacles still out and long, color still good?

they were out but not as far as usually, still it doens't look like its struggling and hurt
