Happity's 8g Nano

So, my paycheck was so small :( i ended up getting only 4 rics. its all good though, they're super gorgeous... pics later, I get off at 4

So I just turned on my lights, and my blue ric has three mouths!!! So, Im pretty sure I'll have three blue rics shortly :)
The other three are doing good too, finally opening up

they are so much more vibrant than my pics come across. I need to figure out how to use my camera to it's fullest potential... I want them to look photoshopped, but not be :D

well, overall most of your pictures look great. i think your pictures look best when you dont use the flash. If the rest of the room is dark, and your fish tank lights are on, that is a good time to take a photo. You may already know this, but you can try using the macro setting on the camera for closeups. Holding down the shutter button halfway will also help the camera focus. Make sure your camera is taking pictures at its highest resolution. Try bringing photos into your thread at 800x600. That will show more detail than the 640x480 you have now. Never uprez your photos higher in photoshop because that will make them look grainy. Always start higher, then downrez if needed.
Your gorgonian still rocks.

that gorgonia is huge, I'd frag that out and sell it.
Im chopping it in half when I get my 14g, but I probably wont sell any of it, I like it too much. I got the best deal on it from Aquarium Design in San Antonio, $29.99. no joke.
