You are forgetting the 20% of that 50% that are now unemployed....For some reason I don't think they will appreciate the lack of job creation and the amount of job losses that will occur when those taxes go into effect....
The more you tax companies during an economic downturn, the less people they will higher.....EVERY company has a profit percentage margin they need to hit.....this is the bottomline, if government affects their ability to hit that bottomline, then they will pass on the cost to either the consumer or the will cut cost and cut jobs......That is the REALITY of the situation.
Obama is a one term duck...just like the first bush, you start increasing people's taxes, you don't get voted back in...history shows this.
This plus this which is only the beginning.....................

Quit your job and go sling burgers I guess.
Wouldn't matter. The exemption is a tax exemption for the corporation (because only republicans are in bed with evil corporations). These corporations saw it would be cheaper to pay the tax than to raise their coverage cost (as I said would happen two years ago) and insure the employees. so they were going to drop coverage and pay the tax...the government just said they can maintain current level and not pay the tax penalty.....
Someday people will get it.....

Exactly. And this would be the grand socialist plan right from the get go.
If it wasnt an election year, they would have let those corporations drop the coverage, endenturing those folks to government healthcare....but instead, in a bid to get reelected they will give the corporations a one year waiver.....saving the healthcare plans for one year and adding money to corporate ceos evil pockets.
