I disagree.... The alk 11.8 is on the low side. But, I say to leave it alone.
For near NSW, you can use this formula:
((ppm cal / 40) -9) * 2 = alk level in meq/L
Therefore,
[(460/40)-9] * 2 = 5 meq/L = 14 dkH
