I just put 110 lbs of live rock in my 150 gallon tank and now my levels are so high. The rock is cured but shipped from florida to ohio. Is the tank cycling or should I change water?
My original cycle was over about 3 weeks ago. What do I do?

Yes you are cycling again, you cannot put rock that was shipped to you in an already established tank.
Do you have any livestock in the tank??
Regardless I would start making some saltwater and do daily water changes if necessary to keep those levels as low as possible.

The tank had 115 lbs of L/R then I added another 110lbs yesterday. The only livestock are 2 green chromis and one yellow tail damsel. Should I let the cycle finish or change water?

20 percent water change with RO water, and if you can get some algone nitrate pouches or some other kind of nitrate reducer that would be good, check your ph every couple of hours, make sure it stay in range.
