Not really. You keep them in the dark for a couple weeks until they turn white and then add yellow dye.
What does the foot look like. We may be able to ID it from the foot.

WAIT WHAT??? Mal-nurish a living thing, then pump it with food coloring? I assume it will 'get better' then loose the coloring...what will this do to the tank??? OMG i thought i found something crazy! Now it's just a Sabae...I know it looks like one, but didnt think that it could be dyed...
Foot looked like an LTA's....not very helpfull.
Do you have images i can compare against...this guy is dug in, didnt like the icecube trick...hasent let go.

Wow, just looked up "Dyed Anemones"...had no ideas that this was done. Kinda sick.
Maybe i can nurse this one back...

Don't take my word for it - yet.
There is a Yellow Sebae morph. The ones I've seen have bright purple tips on the tentacles though. At this point I am just guessing.

If it is dug in very well then I would recommend not disturbing it. The Dye interferes with photosynthesis so it needs all the help it can get right now and pulling it off will not be healthy for it.

+1 don't mess with it. Just do the best you can to help it recover. I hope your lighting is what is needed to keep these creatures. Also try to feed it two or three times per week with some meaty food that is smaller than its mouth.
