help identifying some creatures...

these things are about 1/2 cm long. i've seen them eat pods by just engulfing them

Flat worms, I have them too.

The first one is a white flatworm(harmless) the 2nd might be a sea squirt(harmless).

For the second pic I either agree its a sea squirt or some kind of sponge.

I agree, 1st one is a harmless flatworm (the reddish ones are the bad ones), and the second one looks like a q-tip in bad lighting or perhaps a sponge (most likely harmless).

yea the first one is exactly a flatworm, called Amphiscolops
i don't think the second one is a sponge because it moved there by itself. it used to be on the sand but now it's up on the back wall next to the pump

That isnt always good in saltwater tanks lol. Alot of things can sting you lol.
