HELP!!! New hobbyist here...just bought a yellow leather coral and is dying. Only had it for 1 day and started to turn "BLACK". i situated it where there is sufficient lighting and don't know why this is happening. Tested my water and is in perfect condition. Am i missing something here?

Dont give up on it yet, it may just be in some type of shock. Give it a few days and see what happens. goodluck

Was it shipped to you or did you get it at a local store? They don't ship well at all for a Leather.

it was shipped to me. just checked it again this morning and looks like it's shreddding into pieces.

If it does die dont just let it decompose. I would pull it out once its just a greasy looking lump.

If you cut all of the dead flesh off it still has a chance. If it's just a mass of goo by now then pull it out as stated above.
