1.)is it ok if some of the juice from the zoo's floats around?
2.)will the small pieces of zoo's grow into something rather than die off?
3.)should i move all my coral aroud it so it doesnt get kalked?
4.)should i try to suck up the extra's(kalk juice) that float around?

I would suggest turning off all circulation while kalking and run carbon for a couple days after cutting the Zoo's. It's not rare for a piece of Zoa to settle and grow but usually they just die.
Have you considered just chiselling off the whole rock face & selling the Zoa?

well as i stated this rock is not removeable but would a screw driver in a tank (yes the dt,not a sepertae container) that is metal or whtever they are made of hurt the tank?

It might if you left it in there. Chiseling them off would probably only take 5 minutes. Be sure to lower your water level if you're going to be doing a lot of action in there though.

I use an x-acto knife and just pry them out with the tip one by one, or cutting under the mat with the tip. it's more to just use the tip to coax them out as leverage than to actually cut them. they usually don't break this way and you can pull them out whole, then just put them on a small rock or something, I guess I just can't bear to kill them so I just go the long way with this one. it's kinda tedious, but works in the long run
dunno, just my 2 cents...
