very slight... I'm running another test right now because I think I had messed up the first one

OK...Let me ask you...is there a LFS that you can take a sample to for a second test??

Okay... the first test screwed up... test results are:
Saturday PM
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0.2
Ammonia 0.15
Improvement over yesterday

I will test again in the morning... maybe the filter cleaning will help out some. Theres no way that 3 water changes would leave the ammonia level the same.

He was my very first salt water fish

that sucks.
my first saltwater fish was a damsel fish that died a week later because i used for cycling my first tank.

Nitrate 2
Ammonia 0.05
I think we are gonna be alright

Sounds a little better...I would probably still plan on another w/c in 24 hours since you do have fish in there....and keep testing
