its not just on the glass or rocks it in the water
its self it looks like green clouds in the tank

Do/can you clean the inside glass with some kind of scraper?

What kind of filtration do you have and where do you get your fresh water from that you use?

I have a sump and i use tap water but i use chem. to
remove the clor. and bad things in the water

Tap water and chems. is no good. Still has nutriants in it that feed alg. RO/DI filtered water removes the nutriants and is better for fish and other livestock. Get a filter or buy the water at a grocery store and do water changes. What kind of lights and how long do you run them each day?

i have been doing water changes with r/o water and i have been using the lights about
2 hours at the most i have the coral light siting with the blue lights the florecent and
the moon lights

Why did you say this?
What is your test reading for nitrates and phoshates.
Overfeeding your fish can cause algea blooms too.
