great, thanks anthem! let me make sure i have got this straight.
(just an FYI, i do have a hang-on filter on my 10 gal quarantine tank. i also have a heater, and powerhead for circulation and an bubbletube with a few large rocks holding it down to help oxygenate the water)
now, when i get home and put the other 4 in quarantine, i just continue to dose the copper how it recommends right? example: it says to put one drop per gallon, then after 12 hours put half that, or 1 drop per 2 gallons. i have already done both of those steps. what i'm asking is just continue on with were i left off right....don't start over? cause i'm guessing most likely that will overdose the tank with copper if i start over. also, as for the type of copper i don't know for sure what it is. i believe it is called seacure, but i'm not a 100% sure on that. i will check on that here in about 5 hours when i'm home from work.
also, are you saying i don't really need to test the water parameters if i have a biological filter on the q-tank? (which i do) or should i still test the copper levels?
