Help w/ Lights of America Fixture!!

I just bought the $40 65W fixture from HD. How do I wire it up? What gauge wire? Any and all help needed.

Many people have computer power cables left over from dead computers. Those work perfectly. If that's not available use a 16 gauge outdoor extention cord and cut the end off.
