780 watts of vho they will never stop sell them or change to some metal halide the spectrum change may help but i promise you have so much light they will never stop most tanks do not have so much light let me guess you have so much coraline algae growth its sick that would be from so many watts of vho's you may try removing a bulb or two for a while or halides you will see the differents even though it may not seem as though that could be it. please let me know your results
