Day 2: I have been monitoring my tank all day sometimes it is right on, sometimes it is too high and sometimes way too low. What am I doing wrong? I am not adding anything or taking away from my tank. It is at a perfect 80 degrees. 10 gallon tank
Thank you

What numbers are right on, too high, and too low?

I think he's referring to salinity levels. :D

I descovered that there were too many bubbles in my hydrometer reader and that was causing my numbers to fluxuate. Now I am at 1.022. I guess that I wasn't thinking. Thank you for your response.:notsure:

If you're in this hobby for the long haul you should consider a Refractometer or a dual scale TDS meter. The Swing-arm hydrometers are rarely accurate.
