not restless... but like kinda just chill on the bottom
A pic would help a lot, but best guess, yes it can be normal. Mine sleeps in her anemone, and at times seems to be completly motionless.

some fish will also change colors as the go into camo mod for the night. some fish like the parrot fish will secrete a mucus cucoon to slep in to hide from preditors. its just part of their survival extinct.

the easy way is wait till morning if they dont stir then there is something wrong or if they were acting weird the day before.
jsut watch how the act at night and during the day it will give you a indication if there is anything wrong.

you added to clowns
you will start to see some aggression pretty soon as they determine which is going to be the female of the pair. one will chase the other away from sleeping spots and act like she is going to kill the other. its part of their normal pecking order just watch for signs of damage when it starts.

yeah i knew that... it's kinda happening now... most of the time they chill on opposite sides of the tank... but i knew this was normal they get all tensed up and start shaking like one is seizing.... and i got scared and called the pet store and they told me it was normal that the first one is being territorial to the other one.... and they're relatively the same size... so i don't kno which one will be the male and which will be the female... how long til i should be abe to tell?

The one that is shaking is showing submission. The male (smaller one) will take one heck of a beating by the female before they are done. Have a QT ready, in case it is bad, which it can be. Sometimes the males need treatment from the female abuse

NONE for now... your tank needs to be more mature and you need to be more experienced and knowledgable about anemones, and their needs. LIGHTING for one and a big one, needs to be sufficient, tank perameters need to be stable, and your tank size needs to be adequate to keep what species you decide on. As a hobbiest you should also research and read about anemonies in general, and decide on which species you may want and how to care for them.
Anemones are considered very difficult animals to keep, mostly because they have specific requirements. These things cannot be skimped on, marginal lighting tank perameters swinging all have negative affects on an their health. However if your tank is stable lighting is sufficient then these animals are extremly hardy, and success is not difficult. HTH
