NONE for now... your tank needs to be more mature and you need to be more experienced and knowledgable about anemones, and their needs. LIGHTING for one and a big one, needs to be sufficient, tank perameters need to be stable, and your tank size needs to be adequate to keep what species you decide on. As a hobbiest you should also research and read about anemonies in general, and decide on which species you may want and how to care for them.
Anemones are considered very difficult animals to keep, mostly because they have specific requirements. These things cannot be skimped on, marginal lighting tank perameters swinging all have negative affects on an their health. However if your tank is stable lighting is sufficient then these animals are extremly hardy, and success is not difficult. HTH
