So I was mowing my lawn... when I came back in after finishing I look in my tank and see that my anemone was stuck in my ph!!!!
so I turned it off. its the korali nano. What do I do now?
Just leave it hanging and release naturally or what?!!!

WOW....well you need to get it off the PH to see how much damage is done...then get a cover for your PH....and watch the anemone closely....got a pic??

Don't pull it off the PH let it detach on its own. If it makes it, it makes it. There really is nothing else to do. Cover your PHs. mine did this three times, that was a year ago and it alive and very healthy.

I'd leave the powerhead off and let it work itself out. Be prepared that it could take some time to completely remove itself. Hope it's okay.

when mine got stuck in my koralia #3 power head, i took a pair of wire snips and cut the plastic slits out of the power head (that he was stuck between) and let him do the rest from there, power head still worked afterwards and he made a complete recovery

You don't have to cut the PH, just turn off the power and it will work itself out. Mine was so tangled you wouldn't believe it. I have a long tube anemone, body tentacles and all were sucked up.

Reg filters wont work on koralias...I bought filters for a koi pond from home depot. I cut it in half and sewed it together with clear fish line, here is a picture:
