I just bought a perc from my LFS and it contracted brooklynella. I couldnt save it in time. Since we live in the same state, I was curious to if you ship or not? Im very interested in getting a B&W clown, or a maroon. Its a ton more settling at night to know an actual person breeded these and theyre doing great

Silly Question, As you stopped breeding. Did you inform the Fish? Do they still lay eggs? What happens to the eggs now? If they hatch in your tank they are just food? Just wondering

Hi,
My percular clown pair has just laid eggs on the side of the tank. I am only have the pair of clown fishes in the tank.
Any advise on what to do next?
I do not have any live "rotifier", can I use the dead one which can be purchased from LFS?
As I am new to the forum, I look forward to any advise / experience sharing.
Thanks & best regards

at this point chances of you hatching and raising this first batch will bring only frustration IMO. your best bet is to purchase the book clownfishes that i spoke about in the begining of this thread and prepare yourself for the next batch of eggs. once they start layign the eggs they will come like clock work as long as nothing changes so you will get plenty of shots at it
