YIKES.....you do know you will have to cycle this tank...right???

You really have all that in a 10G?????

For an anemone, your tank needs to be a MINIMUM of 6 months old, and they need extremely good lighting...like metal halides...and I would plan on one anemone

you can look into a canister filter....I hear Fluvals are excellent...I have a cascade, and am very happy with it

I recommend doing more research. How long have you had the mandarin? It survives off of copepods and the tank needs to overflowing with them to support a mandarin's voracious appetite.

Before you can answer all of a hobby's questions, you must first question all of a hobby's answers.

Start with the basics. You will think find that you have many questions. Ask them. Once those are answered, the amount of questions you have will increase exponentially. Once you answer all of those, you have even more questions.

A 60 gallon tank, eh? You may want to research sumps.

Copepods.....a sw flea like bug that fish and such eat....LOL

What type of anemone do you have....your tank is really too new for one....also what type of lighting? Anemones need excellent lighting and excellent water parameters...

Has the anemone just recently curled into a ball? If so, it could just be expelling waste. However, if it has been steadily getting smaller over a period of time it is dying. Anemones should be added to mature systems (systems that have maintained themselves with steady water parameters for 6 months). Anemones need pristine water conditions and strong lighting.
