I'm so over that forum.
I'm a mod on another forum and spend far more time on this site. Mods here are great and everyone (except a select few) are very respectful to one another. This board is by far my favorite.
I have to agree with you.....I do frequent the other site, but I get turned off....it just seems everyone is to busy to respond or maybe it's more the tone or mood over there, but regardless after all these years I do keep coming back and love it....even though they hate when I link stuf..... The Mods.....well Super I'd honestly say........

I felt a little bad about how hard I came down on that guy…I Googled those meds, I knew what they were because of my daughter, and I was right. They were drugs for people with mental problems, not a sleep disorder. However his bad behavior and feelings that the world is against him can be attributed to his reaction to those meds. It is part of the side effects.
This is the statement I should have made to him, Now it’s too late to fix it.

Yeah he might be gone now. He got heated way to fast. IMO, when you come to a new board you need to keep it friendly for awhile so you can get to know everyone. Even after that, it's still not right to start calling names and curse. You have to keep things civil as possible. But this board is great at forgiving and forget so he could come back if he wanted to as long as he keeps his anger in check.

I was also wrong about his not mentioning a fish…In his long crazy post on disaster #13, he said he had a Black Tang with a 10 day guarantee, and it died on day 11.

Dont worry about it flower. Someone should tell him not to start a saltwater tank.......he just might get electracuted!! Although it would be free shock therapy!!!

A lot of what he was saying didnt make a whole lot of sense either. Said he was a grad student with no money but he bought a $650 black tang and was complaining about his Armani shirt getting holes in it from the taser.

Here are the details of the wreck he posted OT. Once I remembered seeing the car pics in his thread there I quit reading. Issues?

I barely ran off the road into a muddy section. Lost control. Hit a stop sign, which came up above my car, went through my sunroof and ended up in the back seat of the car. Next, I hit a 45 MPH speed limit sign and it was sticking out of the windshield about a foot from my face.
I ended up about 100 feet off the road into a section of shrubs and crap. Car landed on top of a stump and when I got out of the car, the back wheels were off the ground and still spinning.
I had cuts and scrapes everywhere. I needed stitches on my left wrist from a big gash. The doctor said it barely missed my radial artery, but I must have partially severed a nerve as part of my hand has been numb since the accident. The odd thing is, I don't know what I cut my wrist on. The driver's side windows were not broken out, so it wasn't glass from that side.
I hate my luck.

Based on this post, I think the guy likes to exaggerate. So he hits a Stop sign that ends up in his car through his sun roof. A stunt driver could try doing that 100 times, and probably NEVER duplicate it. Then hit hits some Speed Limit sign that goes through his windshield. Considering a Stop sign is bigger and wider than most Speed Limit signs, why wouldn't Speed Limit sign go over the windshield? Also, it's unusual to have a Speed Limit sign immediately after a Stop Sign. They're normally at least 50' apart. Also, how do he plow through a Stop Sign, and not cross another paved road? He seems to have every intimate detail about the chain of events of this wreck, but he's totally clueless how he cut his wrist? Are we to assume he was passed out due to his narcoleptic seizure during this 'ride', and that's why he doesn't remember how he cut his wrist? If so, how does he remember all this other stuff? Sorry, somethings not right with the guy.

Amen to that
Going to a forum looking for attention is not a good sign. I feel sorry for the guy.
Yeah me too. I don't make a habit of jumping on people who I think have those sort of problems.
