I don't think it is even possible to run a 14 on 2 PA's unless you're on a moped. I think he was saying the 1st car ran a 14 and he never listed a time of the fastest one he said he built. I'm with you though, I was thinking of a 2000+ year model bad ass BMW, not an old beater.

I don't think any true redneck would think a bmw had anything to do with straightline performance.. the definition of a redneck is a black late 80s Iroc-Z with a 350SBC, a mullet, a faded denim vest, white nascar shortsleeved shirt, faded denim paints with paint and holes, white high top reebok sneakers, s-exual predator mustache, and a budweiser can or three on the passenger floor board...not a bmw...

I never said we were rednecks! I meant that since there are so many rednecks in this area, you will not often find fast bmw's. Jeremy might have built the fastest one in the panhandle, but you gotta remember there isnt a lot of competition!

Tell your brother, er boyfriend that if he needs someone to discuss his self proclaimed knowledge with that I would be more than willing to school him. BTW, this thread can be closed at this point. I got a PM from titto Thursday night that the info I gave directed him to the culprit of his problems. Tell your boy that if his knowledge was as deep as his talk it is not impossible to diagnose a car 'over the internet'.
