If I built a setup for the Iwaski 250watt. 6500k light...and coupled it with a 95 watt VHO superactinic...would this be an adequate setup for a 45?

Sounds pretty good. Any space for another VHO bulb?

The tank is 36 inches long, by 12" wide. Adding another VHO would be dependent upon how big the the MV will be. If I were able to add an additional VHO would that be another actinic Bang? And if this were the case, what corals could be kept under such an arrangement?
As for the length. I am hoping to be able to put the MV smack in the middle..maybe off a little to one side...hoping this would allow the ability to keep less light intensive corals on the off side.

Skilos...I saw a pic of the 6500k Iwasaki...and I liked the way it looked from the pic...it seemed to have quite a pleasing look. I hope the two together will look good.

Yep... two Actinics would be sweet if they fit.
You will be able to keep whatever you want with that setup IMO.
