MSNBC is so pathetic, they should have to report as an in kind contribution to the Obama campaign. I don't know which speech they listened to but you should have heard them going on about how she gave a glowing endorsement of Obus.
She never said he was ready to lead.
She never talked up his character
She ended the speech taliking about herself. She did what she had to just to keep in the favor of the party loyalists.

the only thing she said with any effort was the "no way, now how...." blah blah.
A very poor showing of support from Hillary. I guess this is her way of getting back

how stupid is the general public??? here you have 2 people that pretty much said the other was no good..blah,blah,blah. And spent MILLIONS to tell us al how bad the other one was...And now they are arm in arm and "united" for "change" PAAAAAAALEEEEESES this should be enough of a wake up call huh? if Obama's life long affiliation with every racist man in the community was not enough for you , then how about THIS "friendship"??? Now she is good enough because she may be able to throw a few votes his way?? I just can't believe how people buy all that b.s.

I agree, I refuse to watch MSNBC because of this reason. And FoxNews does the same thing with McCain.

That seems to come naturally to her no matter what she's talking about.

I couldn't bear to watch for more than 30 seconds, I was getting extreme nausea, I will just take your word for it Heat.
I also agree about MSNBC, to think I used to like Kieth Olberman on Sportscenter, the guy makes me sick as well now

I disagree, she didn't do a bad job at what she was there to do. I don't agree with her politics, but she played her roll, didn't hit a homer but didn't strike out more like a single up the middle. Do I think she ment a word she said, probably not, but then again she is a politician.

I think Clinton did just what she had to do to stay in the good graces of the party. She really needed to make a personal connection with Obus to get her holdouts to come aboard. I don't think she came close. Nor do I think she wanted to.

Finally something I can agree with... She did okay... I read the speech and I think it did a fair job in calling democrats to unite and as well as saying a vote for McCain is a vote against her and the goals of the party. As far as their battle in the primary... this is why the party turned on her... it was her low blow politics... I do think she would rather have Obama in office than McCain... if anything is disingenuious it is because of her own ambition and not about what she believes the best direction of this country should be.
Pres Clinton's speech will be the true measure... he has a lot at stake... I'll be interested to see what he says and the impact.

Judging by Bill Clinton's comment yesterday I wouldn't expect a barn burner of a speech tonight.
I am convinced the plan is to see McCain elected and Hillary goes after him in 4 years.

Now, don't get me wrong, I think she is playing for herself. What would be better for her and her presidential asparations? Obama winning or McCain?
If she did try and get the nomination this year, and she failed she'd be out. And she doesn't think she'd do it. Now if Obama loses vs McCain, and she plays team player this convention who is the front runner next time around?
Lets not forget, the last few elections at this point the polls have had the dem candidate at around a 10 point lead. Right now they are within the margin of error. I think she thinks Obama doesn't have a chance...
But that is my right wing conspiracy.

And that is the ultimate question... What is more important to her? Her personal aspirations or another 4 (+?) years of a Republican Admin... her responsibility should be to make the best desicion for the American people and her voters... which would be to elect Obama given their goals are close to being the same... If she wants to fight for healthcare and the middle and lower class.... the choice is none other than Obama. This is a clear struggle with ego and power versus what is the right thing to do for the people and the party.

Middle class? That schmuck is going to raise taxes on us. Even hilary didn't want to tax nearly as much as Obama has stated.

imo if you're a politician you're doing what is best for you...
I wont address some of the conclusions you've reached.

Do you really think the Clintons are thinking beyond their own self interest?
In case you missed it Bill said this yesterday or the day before
"Say you have two candidates. One you agree with 100% but you don't think he has the experience to achieve anything, Another candidate you agree with 50% and he has the expirience to get things done. Who are you going to vote for?"
That was aimed directly at Hillarbeasts supporters. I think it is obvious that the Clintons are making a play to run in 2012.
Anyone else notice in the Hillary warm up video that when they showed a shot of Bill Clinton the caption read "Hillary's Husband"?
