what kinda worm is this? it looks like one you see outside when it rains. i was smashing some live rock for my wet dry and it was in the middle of a rock...

anyone else? if there is one in the batch of rocks that i bought off someone online there are probably more right? can anyone tell what this is? it looked exatcly like a worm you would go fishing with or one that you can give up in your yard..

i looked at a picture of a peanut worm and it looked like there is a fat end and a skinny end. this worm was skinny from end to end.

This is not a peanut worm. I just had about 500 peanut worms in a shipment of LR and this looks nothing like them.
It's also not a Bristleworm.
As far as what it IS. Not sure.

Well, as no one else has replied. Your best bet might be a catalogue book. My local LFS has a book that has any kind of marine animal you could possibly need to ID. It was a small white book, pretty thick. I can't remember what it was. But I used that book to ID my peanut worms.
Sorry I don't have a title or an author, but I'm sure there are a number of books that you can use to ID the alleged hitch hiker.

nope i used a paper towel to take it off. it looks nothing like the worms in the pictures i looked at of peanuts

It looks like either some type of Bristle Worrm or Nemertea Worm. I need a much better picture to give better insight.
