sometimes it depends on the fish's age. i once had a bubble tip. and two fake preculas, for a month nothing. so i got a marroon, he dove right in. and my two perculas didn't care at all. till about 6 months later they started fighting over it...
so my guess is that clowns, especially tank rised clowns.. have to age a year mabye before they take to a host.
on a side note my current clowns ( those other where from YEARS ago) didn't take to an anneome, and now many months later they won't stay out of my corals

so give it time. mabye get a carkie. but most importatnaly try feeding your aneome food and get it to be super happy.
I agree, ocellaris clowns are almost always tank raised and do not require a host. It is really a toss-up if they will or they won't. I have had three over the years and only one hosted - a frogspawn of all things. I hope you have better luck getting them to host than I have!
