How do I move my BTA?

My BTA is attached to my tank glass up by the powerhead and I would like to move it. It is practically out of the tank and way too close to my powerhead. Can anyone give me some info?

tape a large icepack to the glass where the Anemone is.
I'd suggest moving or removing the powerhead until the Anemone is in a safer location.

I tried holding the icepack there for about 5 minutes and it didn't move, how long should I hold it there? I don't want to freeze the guy.
