Shoot!! I been eating gourmet food and didn't even know it. As to "Leon" I'm not sure if he was a blues singing Louisiana fry cook , but I know that if I don't get some of that fish every now and again it gives me the blues.

Nah. I ate at one in Sherman, wasn't to impressed.
"Bill's Catfish House" and "Catfish Louie's" are the fish places here in Ardmore.
"Two Frogs Grill" is the place that does the Catfish Leon. If your every over here its next to I35 on broadway, It's worth the stop!

Well Catfish King is the first place I ever had fried catfish...(I'm from NY originally) There is a little mom & pop place in town that makes it REALLY good......I don't every get to Ardmore

...or anywhere else for that matter

That is basically the catfish belt. If you don't have an amazing mom and pop restarant that serves catfish, you aren't in Oklahoma or north texas for that matter.

LOL...And when you see an all you can eat seafood buffet, it's fried catfish, fried shrimp, crawfish (YUCK), hushpuppies
Not like where I come from

Seafood=Lobster, scallops, clams, calamari etc

Anything but catfish is kind of sketchy up there. But come down towards the coast, and let me tell you gulf seafood with the oysters, shrimp, snapper, drum, flounder and other stuff is amazing. Then you get a couple of influences, the fruity style with lime or other citrus influences, or the spicy peppery Cajuns, or the smokey grilled and fried from Texas. God it doesn't get much better.
