Here is the part that hacks me off about their return policy: If your fish dies, you have to pack it in salt and mail it back; that I understand.
Then they issue you a credit, usually within a week or two. BUT, when you go to use that credit you find that you are required to order another minimum of $75.00 worth of livestock BEYOND whatever your credit is. And then they charge you a $9.00 surcharge and then a $9.00 fuel charge. So let’s say you return a fish valued at $10.00. “Actually when you include their famous surcharge and fuel charge your fish cost you a lot more, but all you’ll get is the retail price.” But I digress. So you now have a $10.00 credit. To use it, you must now order at least $85.00 worth of live stock. Then they add the $18.00 worth of extra fees and…it cost you $93.00 to replace your $10.00 fish that died within 15 days of receiving it.
