Sitting around experiencing an afternoon of sheer boredom here at work, I got to thinking about all the tanks I've had setup over the years. That got me curious about how long folks around here have had their various tanks set up. So, how long have you had your tank(s) set up?
Here is a list of the various tank's I've kept over the years:
20 gal XH (FW): 1986-1988
20 gal XH (SW fish only): 1988-1991
10 gal (FW): 1988-1991
50 gal (FOWLR): 1991-1994
29 gal (FOWLR): 1994-1997
29 gal (FW): September 2000-June 2002
10 gal (SW Nano): July 2001-October 2002
29 gal (FOWLR): June 2002-November 2002
150 gal (FOWLR): November 2002 - November 2003
65 gal (Reef): November 2003 - present
150 gal (in-wall reef): ??? (as soon as I sell my current house and buy a new one)

My 20g 1970 to present, I broke the glass durrting a move a year ago and replaced it. I couldn't stand the thought of parting with the tank, It's probably the one thing that I've had the longest.

100 gal reef wilth 150 gal total water volume in system since Dec. 2002 and just starting, actually, to becoming a reef. It's really starting to do well without much intervention so I guess it's time to start thinking about a bigger system where I can participatel
