Heheh I clearly had my hands free. My twins have had dinner and are now watching Diego. As soon as that is over, they are off to bed.

Hey, odd question...
How does one AVOID having twins? My wife has twins/triplets/even quads run in her family, and her generation is the one it's next to hit. We want one kid. HAHAHA! Any ideas?

There is no way that I know off other than selective abortion (horrible idea). If multiples run on her mother's side, then she has higher possibility of having twins. The multiples in her side that are identical don't count against her as those are what I'd call *freak of nature* (my twin girls are identical). Fraternal twins on mothers side increase the risk on having twins as it can be genetic.
Trust me twins can be the biggest blessing you ever have. The pregnancy part is difficult as us women are meant to carry one child at a time, but as they grow they have a friend at all times. People look at you with pity on their faces and you'll hear all types of not-so-nice-things. I've learned not to make eye contact if I don't want anybody approaching us.

Well, they have all types running rampant on her mom's side. Her grandparents and their siblings have 8 sets of twins from a total of 7 kids in that generation. Scary.
We're both only kids, and would like to pass that on. It's something only only kids know about. I made friends, she made friends, and we never had to split our stuff or share. We know how to share, but when I closed myself up in my room, it was MY stuff, you know?
Regardless, if it happens, it happens. We'll roll with it!
