How many pounds of live rock should I add now?

Ok, you guys all said that since my ammonia has spiked it is the perfect time to add some uncured live rock. Sounds good to me, but how many pounds of rock should I have for my 180 gallon? For right now its going to be fish only, but knowing me I am sure I will want to start messing with reefs in the near future.

200 - 250 pounds would be a good start. Just don't tell your friends you just spent $1000 on some rocks.

My friends understood, it was my wife that had issues.
200-250lbs sounds right to me.
