Wow. It does state the shore as well.
Can keep up to 1 Sharpnose, or Bonnethead per day per person.
But no limit on the size of Sharpnose or Bonnetheads
Also Smooth dogfish(Dusky Smoothhound) doesn't have a limit in size or number.
Also these new regulations don't go into effect until January of 2007

It is unlawful to possess sharks taken for commercial purposes. maybe there are differant regulations for non commercial purposes
where would i be able to catch a lemon shark?

Will I know that one of the lemon's main pupping grounds are in the Bahamas. I think Florida could also be one.
Also I've heard of young Lemons being caught off the coast of south carolina's.

Well - personally I would go on a fishing trip to SC first, to try to get one.
I've seen an online dealer in SC that offers Lemon pups for about $ 250 - no joke. And based off the info he gives on his websites - I would guess that he gets the pups from SC waters.

Maybe a light chuming.
After all - you want to catch the shark pups
- not the bigger ones.
Just my thoughts.
