how to kill aiptasia in a zoa colony

I squirted Joes juice on the aiptasia on my zoos. It left a dead spot...I am not sure if the aiptasia did it by stinging it, or the juice is responsable, but I am sure the zoos will cover the spot over time.

It was 100% the joes juice.

+1; Aptasia X, Joe's Juice and Kalk paste are all essentially the same thing - concentrated lime; toxic to any living coral in your system in large enough amounts. If you're squirting/smearing it in and amongst zoas and don't kill off some of them in the process, you're lucky. Still the best method for removing api, but as Kraylen said, it will kill zoas, mushrooms etc. if taken in by the coral.
