That could be. My point of reference is the Canuck seniors I've spoken with at doctors appointments. I am not opposed to government assistance in health care believe it or not. I am just opposed to any further power being given over our lives to politicians and bureaucrats. I'm glad things are pretty good in Canada. I just don't think that type of system is good for America.

Government health care can work but no matter who runs it you gotta control the costs. Ou government can't do that with any other program they run. They won't do it with medicine either.
One thing our for profit system does is spur innovation.

And that is the reason many of us dislike new government programs here. Our old ones are bankrupting us as it is.....new ones aren't going to help.
