Why would you want to? Activated carbon is cheap.
How in the world is this a hunting question?

The hunting clothes have carbon in them to trap scent.I am not sure if the carbon in the clothes can be removed.

I was expecting to see a gun/law/method question here, but oh well. I have no idea if the carbon in hunting clothes can wear out. Who cares? Just don't wash them with detergents, and don't store them inside with the rest of your clothes. Keep them in a paper bag in the shed or back porch, a place where they will smell more natural. I can't imagine that any amount of carbon that they add to clothing is really going to be effective enough to even make a difference.

LOL...or buy that scent eliminator laundry detergent and they have dryer sheets too...some even have the scent of dirt .... and the kit comes with a bag that is supposed to keep other scents out.
Personally we do not buy the dirt scent dryer sheets....THEY REALLY smell like dirt..LOL...(and then so does my dryer)

The short answer is yes.
The long answer is available on Google, and involves processes requiring equipment and time costing 1000's of times replacement cost.

Yea.What I am asking is can carbon be reactivated.
theoreticly yes.. practically in your home NO. the hunting reactivated carbon is a scam. you may as well just wear fish tank filters in your arm pits while hunting..... at least they are cheaper than custom made clothes....
here's a quick look at the procces for reactivating carbon
In the reactivation process, the spent activated carbon is heated in furnaces devoid of oxygen using steam as a selective oxidant. The adsorbed organics are either volatilized from the activated carbon or pyrolysed to a carbon char. The volatilized organics are destroyed in the furnace’s afterburner and acid gases are removed by means of a chemical scrubber. The high-temperature reaction with steam serves to restore the adsorptive capacity of the activated carbon.

I'm modifying my response.....
Yes, you can re-activate it by balling the garment up, put rubber bands around it, placing it on a skeet thrower, and KABLAAAAAAM with your gun.
Sorry...it's a "hunting" thread. I had to add something in there about blowing stuff up
