Another few things about this fish that I haven't seen mentioned...
They like to play dead and all tangs are fairly susceptible to ick, so be careful of that.

Take a small piece of nori and soak it in garlic juice for 5 mins, that might intice him to eat, and good luck eith this guy, you never know
