well i posted lst night about weird slug sail. Thanks opheira for the name. i went to google and checked a pic of itn and i confirmed i have it. they lookn exactly like nwat i have. I also heard they destory reefs. As for reefs mine is not that expensive. I have a red mushroonm coral, a green ricordea, and a oj ricrodea. Even though it's not much i do not want 2 loose them. any ideas of extermination?

Stomatella eat Diatoms. They are typically thought of as very beneficial and desireable.
Where did you hear that they destroy reefs?

i found one that came with some live rock i bought..now i have like 50..free clean up crew..works for me..congrats on ur find.

no kidding my friend wanted one out of my tank and i broke two before I did the smart thing and herded him onto a credit card. they are very bothersome to get into the bag. once on the card he didnt want to get off.
