Now, I have a minor dilemma. A guy super close to me is trying to rehome his seahorse, but I know that would be way too much for my tank. Part of me is saying it is just one more, so it won't add that much more to the tank.

Well, you know your tank best. If even a part of you is whispering "too many," then it's probably not a good idea. You know as well as I how dirty these critters can be.
