Why is it when Texas is mentioned the Cowboys usually come up in some regard. But no one ever comments on the Texans/ Hell even Houston fans don't mention them...

Maybe it is something to do with 5 Superbowl rings vs what now 5 season of existence? In houston, they are starting to get some real fans vs the novelty thing.

It currently costs about $9,000 per person per year for the federal government to maintain the level of social programs, defense, roads, sclools, etc.
So, if you're in a family of 4 and the family isn't contributing at least $36,000 in just federal income tax then you're a burden on society.
The problem isn't the taxes, the problem is the unrestrained spending. Too much federal tax money is being spent on programs that are out of scope for the federal government.
