I had just bought two maroon clown fish, i was worried about my damsels bothering it but to my surprise they didn't, to the story the bigger maroon was picking on the smaller and i left to see my parents yesterday and came back and i guess that the other was jealous because there is only one anemone or sumthing and murdered the other and its not my water because the other clown is perfectly fine.(besides a lil algae in the tank)

1 - Maroon Clowns are far more agressive than most other fish in the Damsel Family.
2 - The pairing behavior of Maroon Clowns is brutal. The larger of yours is probably a female. If the smaller had already changed to be female then there was absolutely no hope for it. There's just no chance of keeping two female Maroons in a reasonably sized aquarium.
If the smaller was still male or ungendered then there was a chance they could have paired had the male been strong and passive enough. Apparently he wasn't.
Unlike other Clownfish I think Maroons are difficult to pair. Your best bet if you want two would be to buy a mated pair but expect to pay top dollar these days.
