That jumbalaya actually looks pretty good Pontius! Heck, add some parsley and it's look just like Fl. Joes. I've never had it, and I may never, but I didn't even know what it WAS before this thread, lol
the Jambalaya was VERY good. I've had numerous types of Jambalaya and like them all (except tomato based). this one was more "gooey" than "soupy". but yeah, it was good. not something I would cook on a weekly basis, but it WAS a lot better tasting and smelling than it looked in the picture above.
