I need a friend in Boston...

Hey guys, as many of you may remember, about 4 months ago I Polled the site about what you all thought about internet dating,(https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/350825/internet-dating) and after a roaring approval from you all, I decided to go for it. Before I knew it, I found an amazing girl and we totally hit it off! Im flying out to see her on thursday, she lives in boston. Here is my problem, my plane leaves LAX at 9pm and lands in Boston at 5:40am. Since I will be traveling through the night, my plan was to catch a cab to the hotel, shower and change and meet my girl later that morning... The idea was that when i first see her in person it wont be evident that i was on an airplane for 7 hours without much sleep and travel-sweat, so I need to shower and change before I make that first in-person impression. NOW here is my issue, my hotel wont let me check in before 3pm. They wont let me check in early, even if no one is in the room. my only option is to pay $89+tax to get an extra day so that way i can check in before 3pm. Now, I dont want to have to pay all that extra money just for a few hours. basically, I need a place to shower and change before I see her. I do have a 24 hour fitness membership so I figured I could stop by a 24 and use their facilities, but apparently the east coast doesnt believe in 24 hour fitness gyms.
I NEED YOUR HELP! I need to find some place to "freshen up" after my overnight flight before I meet the girl. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this? OR Is there anyone in Boston who would let a stranger like me from the forums come use your place? If you let me use your place in return I can teach you how to solve a rubiks cube!

Another suggestion might be a truck stop. We actually have a couple of "nicer" truck stops in town with eateries, showers, etc and they aren't dives. What you may find out there could be a different story but could save you 90 bucks it sounds like.
Hate to admit it as well.. but I met my wife online... and through some family tragedies that took me to her area and met her in person and did the long distance thing for awhile and it worked out. The picture in my avatar should prove that lol.

Seriously man take a big step back and look at this as a whole .
your traveling across the country to meet a girl because your afraid to meet one in your area (for what ever reason). Now you want to go to a complete strangers house to use their shower and change your clothes . All so you can save 80$. You sound like some weirdo thats going to end up as a news headline .

Don't be too hard on the guy. Remember, he's only 22, and was already having a hard time by not being able to rent a car.

Ive met people online before but it was so important for me to find them in my area so if things were to transpire It wouldnt be a long distance relationship and have to fly out every month..

Oh.. side note.. my wife and I started off long distance and for some reason she was worth the 850 mile one way drives when I was 22.
