Look online....The Conscientious Marine Aquarist (??) is a good one...there are more, I just can't think of the names....maybe someone else will tell you

I am no expert and there different kinds of puffers. Everytime I see a puffer in a LFS I get the following warnings...Puffers will eat any fish it can get in its mouth, and it can get it's mouth pretty big. They are not coral/ reef safe. They also have a toxin they can release into the tank if they are upset. The toxin will kill everything in the tank.
Instead of another fish, and I am not at all being mean here. Get a really good book on marine fish. A book will tell you what gets along with what, and its care, and food needs.
You can't always go by what folks tell you. I have two books...one on marine fish and the other on inverts. I also have several books on corals. They are worth their weight in gold.
Just to clarify puffers do NOT release toxins... The MAJORITY of puffers will NOT eat any fish it can get in its mouth. They actually do not bother MOST fish. Yes, they are NOT coral safe.

One thing you will soon learn....You will always get mixed responses..You yourself have to pick and choose which ones YOU listen to.
IMO and A LOT of others 75g is too small for any tang.
not too small for a kole or tomini...but they are techhnically a surgeon fish, not tangs

These books I take to the LFS with me. It is the same ones they use to decide what can go with what and how to care for them. No Kidding they go in the back and look. I got the books they use.

I had my limit of 5 uploads, so here is the inside view of the coral book
The coral book was not what they use in the LFS it is one that was recommended, it even tells you where to place the coral and what it can get along with. These books are great.

i agree with flower get some books and start doing research.ultimitaly you want your tank to be yours. what YOU want to go into your tank! i think tangs and puffers should be left to people with some experience in the hobby! your just starting up a saltwater tank get some cheaper hardy fish to start with. learn your tank and what it takes to keep it healthy! tangs are prone to itch. i believe puffers are as well.

Books are really good at helping decied on what you want to get. If you find a way to get everything that you want that gets a long just fine, then tell us.

hey a 75g isnt too small for a blue hippo tang or porcupine puffer if u get them as babies for sure, some will say their growth will be stunted and die but from my experience there is adequate swimming space especially with only those 3 fish, stay away frm a small clown + the puffer tho if hes too big but your 3 fish seem nice, I dont personally like False Perculas as they seem to die rapidly as compared to true perculas. A nice small tang imo is the Sailfin Tang

Sailfins are not a small tang and average adult will be the size of a dinner plate these fish can grow to be 16 inches long and just as tall. You could however do any of the bristletooth tangs (Kole, Tomini, Two spot). Also hardiness wise it doesn't matter whether you get Percs or Ocellaris' just make sure their aqua cultured

look at the toby puffers if you really want one. They are coral safe, but may eat snails. I have had 2. one didnt touch anything, the other would eat small snails. I just bought them in bulk.
There are several types, valintini, saddle back, blue spot - They dont get much over 4 inches
This is my picture of our saddle back. It says not reef safe, but its because of snails and small shrimp. I never had a problem with shrimp, just the small snails

We've got a perc (awesome), purple psuedochromis (gorgeous, but a little aggressive), lawnmower blenny (very cool, algae eater) and a CUC. We're debating between adding a couple anthias or a couple green chromis... Both colorful and have lots of movement.
) Good Luck! Post more pictures!
