I need help with identification!

I was looking at the tank tonight (with the lights off) and I saw a little "worm thing" moving around. It was sticking out of a hole in my rock and as soon as I turned the lights on it shot back in. The most I saw of it was about 2-3 cm long. Here is a picture if it helps.

Good to have in a reef...scavengers...and nothing to be concerned about. Most reefers would agree that you could just leave 'em be...:cool:
