It sounds like it will just burn the bulb up faster if I use it in my light system. It doesn't explain how it could ruin a Ballast. From now on I will make sure to get the right type of bulb..at $70.00+ per bulb why get one to shorten the life of it.

Its a very old version of photoshop. I have used it for many a years to make all the pics i take look better as well as to make fancy things for websites and whatnot.
If you want someone's head on someone elses's body, I can do that likety split.

I have used PrintMaster, an Print Artist for years. I can do the same as a rule but this last one just wouldn't clear things up for me. At any rate Thank you, I realy needed to see it.
