I need some advice

Way too much. I feed half of that to my 55 gallon. Brine shrimp has minimal nutritional value. I would feed a variety of frozen foods like emerald entree, marine cuisine, mysis shrimp and the list goes on. Feed a quarter cube for the 2 clowns. Rinse the frozen foods in a fish net prior to feeding.

What is the purpose of rinsing the cube?

Get Zoecon or Selcon. I think seachem makes them. Most LFS will carry it, although I had to go to 4 different stores before I could find it. I only soak my foods in that once a week so people do it more.

You can treat the pop eye with Erythromycin for 10 days. Make sure you change that tap water out asap that could def be half your problem. Your nitrate lvl is prob too high because your over feeding. Are you heating your water up 2 78 or so when your checking the salinity? You'll get a wrong reading if its cold.
